Born and raised in Bloomington, Indiana, Kim brings a lifelong connection to the community and a deep commitment to service in her real estate career. Before becoming a REALTOR®, Kim spent 31 years as a dedicated Registered Nurse-an experience that shaped her compassion, attention to detail, and ability to guide people through important life decisions with calm and confidence.
During her nursing career, Kim spent 15 years working directly with patients in their homes, providing and selling medical equipment and services while building trusted relationships and helping families navigate important care decisions. Later in her career, she served as a State Surveyor with the Indiana Department of Health, evaluating healthcare facilities and ensuring compliance with state and federal standards. That role required objectivity, thorough investigation, clear communication, and the ability to navigate difficult conversations and high-pressure situations with confidence and professionalism. Kim learned early that challenging conversations don't have to become confrontations-a perspective she now brings to negotiations and problem-solving on behalf of her real estate clients.
Today, Kim brings that same combination of compassion, professionalism, and resolve to real estate. She understands that buying or selling a home can involve difficult decisions, unexpected challenges, and sometimes tough negotiations. She isn't deterred when a transaction becomes complicated. Instead, she stays focused on the facts, communicates clearly, and works to protect her client's interests while keeping the transaction moving forward.

Outside of real estate, Kim enjoys exploring Indiana's vibrant local culture and spending time with her husband, daughter, granddaughter, two stepsons and their families, along with her extended family and friends. She also shares her home with four dogs and eight cats and values giving back to the community she has always called home.
