Born and raised in Bloomington, Indiana, Kim brings a lifelong connection to the community and a unique perspective to real estate. Before becoming a REALTOR®, she spent 31 years as a Registered Nurse, developing the compassion, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills that now guide her work with buyers and sellers.

During her nursing career, Kim spent 15 years working directly with patients in their homes, building trusted relationships and helping families navigate important decisions. She later served as a State Surveyor with the Indiana Department of Health, where she developed extensive experience in investigation, regulatory compliance, and navigating challenging conversations with professionalism and confidence.

Today, Kim brings those same skills to real estate. She understands that buying or selling a home is a major life decision, and she approaches every transaction with clear communication, careful attention to detail, and a commitment to protecting her clients' interests. Whether navigating a complicated transaction or negotiating on behalf of her clients, Kim remains focused on finding solutions and keeping the process moving forward.

Outside of real estate, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and pets, exploring Indiana's local culture, and giving back to the community she has always called home.
